Masha is a producer, casting director and journalist based between Berlin and London. She has produced documentaries for UK's top broadcast channels, including the BBC, Channel 4, VICE and SKY among others. 

She is particularly interested in character-driven films and difficult access. She has organised and oversaw shoots worldwide, conducted interviews and managed film crews. 

She has also worked on commercial films and in casting, specialising in finding real people and stories for brands.
